guess what I have for you?!
THE roasted cinnamon apple smoothie!
much anticipated, I know 😉
this recipe is really a treat. It’s not usually my style to spend too much time making a smoothie (after all they are kinda supposed to be a healthy convenience food) but for some reason the craving for a roasted cinnamon apple smoothie jumped into my mind and I had to make it.
and ohh man is it good.
while this recipe takes a bit of prep, the two other components; roasted cinnamon apples and maple sesame skillet granola are not really that difficult to make or time consuming, and as mentioned in those earlier posts they are SO yummy on their own that this whole thing is really a tasty problem to have no matter which way you look at it.
tasty problems = my fave kind of problems.
creamy, lightly sweetened with maple syrup, full of all that spiced cinnamon apple goodness AND topped with sesame maple granola – this seasonal bevy has got all the good things going for it.
you could almost think of it as apple crisp in smoothie form. sounds legit, right? right.
glad we think alike ☺️
