Bulletproof Bedtime Golden Milk Latte


Made with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and healthy fats, this bulletproof bedtime golden milk latte is the perfect relaxing remedy for winding down at night – or any time you just need to CHILL out. Delicious, easy to make, and paleo and vegan!

- coconut oil - ginger, grated or chopped - turmeric powder - cinnamon - generous pinch of cardamom - generous pinch of black pepper. - almond butter - vanilla extract - honey or maple syrup  (or to taste) - pinch of sea salt - boiled water


Heat coconut oil in a small sauce pan over medium low heat.

Add ginger, ground turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper and stir, cooking spices until very fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Scrape coconut oil and cooked spices into a high speed blender and add 1 tablespoon almond butter, vanilla extract, a pinch of sea salt and just boiled water.

Blend on high until bright yellow, emulsified, and creamy!
