Blended Vitamin C Citrus Juice

This Blended Vitamin C Citrus Juice is an easy to make homemade  whole fruit juice that is perfect for the winter months when our immune  systems need a little boost.

Made with tangerines, lemon, lime, ginger, honey (optional), and even some turmeric (if that’s your jam!).

– tangerines or small oranges – lemon – lime – ginger – dried turmeric or fresh turmeric – real sea salt

INGREDIENTS:

Peel the tangerines or oranges, and cut the peel away from the lemon and lime.

If you’re using a high speed blender like a Vitamix all the fruit can be kept whole. Otherwise, you may want to cut it into smaller pieces.

Peel and thinly slice the ginger, and gather the other ingredients.

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and no pieces of fruit or ginger remain.

Serve immediately or move to the refrigerator to store until ready to enjoy. Shake before pouring!
