Bulletproof Peppermint Mocha Coffee

I have been sitting on this recipe for so so long! Just waiting for the right moment to share it with you.

Now that it’s officially December, I think it’s exactly the right time  to show you how to make THE MOST EPIC peppermint mocha bulletproof  coffee.

Coffee + fat + high speed blender. Yep. That’s the basic formula for any bulletproof coffee.

Perfectly perfect as is, if you wanna go extra with this morning cup of jo add a dollop of whipped cream (coconut or  regular!), a few extra shavings of chocolate, or even some cacao nibs.

Here’s to peppermint mocha bulletproof coffees – keeping you energized and festive in style all throughout the winter.

– hot coffee – coconut oil – ghee – cacao powder – maple syrup, or to taste – vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS:

Blend all ingredients except for garnishes together in a blender on high for at least 30 seconds, until frothy and creamy.

Either pour into your mug or thermos and enjoy as is or top with whipped cream and extra chocolate goodies for a fancy treat!
