Whole30 Breakfast Sausage Patties

Whole30 breakfast sausage patties are delicious homemade sugar free breakfast recipe, whether you’re doing a Whole30 or not!

Made with ground pork, herbs, green onions, salt and pepper. Easy to make and full of flavor!

– Ground pork – Poultry seasoning – Sage – Garlic powder

INGREDIENTS:

Mix together the sausage ingredients

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. Form into about 16 small patties.

Heat 2 tablespoons avocado oil, ghee, coconut oil, or lard in a cast iron or stainless steel skillet over medium high.

Cook the sausage patties

Fry patties in batches, adding more oil if needed, for about 2 minutes per side depending on thickness. Cook until nicely browned and cooked through.

Eat immediately, or move to the refrigerator until ready to re-heat and serve.

Serve or store until ready to eat!
