– Chicken breast – Celery – Red onion – Parsley

INGREDIENTS:

Prep all ingredients

Dice chicken breast, slice the celery, dice the onion, chop the parsley, & measure the mayo, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper.

In a large bowl mix together diced chicken breast, celery, red onion, parsley, sea salt, black pepper, mayo, and red wine wine vinegar.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

Serve immediately or move to the refrigerator to store until ready to serve!
