- Rum – dark or light - Pineapple juice - Full fat coconut milk - Fresh lime juice - Maple syrup, Honey or Simple syrup - Frozen pineapple - Ice

INGREDIENTS:

Combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, maple syrup, frozen pineapple, and ice to the blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy – for 30 seconds to a minute.

Divide between two glasses, add some garnishes if desired and enjoy!
