Easy Paleo Teriyaki Salmon

{PALEO + SOY FREE}

This easy paleo teriyaki salmon is made with a homemade teriyaki sauce that is so much better than any store bought version!

It’s a flavorful and healthy start to an easy, mostly hands off meal that you can feel good about!

For The Sauce – Coconut aminos – Honey – Rice vinegar – Ginger

INGREDIENTS:

Make the paleo teriyaki sauce

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small pan and simmer them slowly until reduced to a thick flavorful teriyaki sauce.

The sauce will probably need to simmer for about 12-15 minutes – until thickened and reduced. Keep in mind that it will thicken up a little more as it cools.

Add about 1/4 cup of the teriyaki sauce to your salmon and set the rest aside to serve on the side. Marinate for about 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

Marinate the salmon

Once the salmon is ready, brush off any excess marinade and move to a lined baking tray.
