5-Minute Frozen Mango Smoothie


This simple mango smoothie is creamy, refreshing, made with only 5 ingredients, and no yogurt!

It’s a great addition to any breakfast spread and the perfect afternoon snack.

– Mango – Banana – Lime juice – Milk – Sea salt


Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding a little more frozen mango for a thicker smoothie, or a little more dairy free milk for a thinner smoothie – as desired.

Divide between 2 glasses and serve!
