Description

This simple mango smoothie is creamy, refreshing, made with only 5 ingredients, and no yogurt! It’s a great addition to any breakfast spread and the perfect afternoon snack. Made with fresh or frozen mango, banana (I also include an option to make without banana!), lime juice, and dairy free milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 medium banana
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding a little more frozen mango for a thicker smoothie, or a little more dairy free milk for a thinner smoothie – as desired.
  2. Divide between 2 glasses and serve!

Notes

To make this smoothie with fresh mango just add a handful of ice cubes to chill things down, or use frozen banana instead of fresh banana!

If you want to make a mango smoothie without banana, you can substitute it with about 3/4 cup cauliflower rice or cauliflower florets. You’ll may also want to add some honey, maple syrup, or low calorie sweetener like monk fruit drops as well since the banana adds a fair amount of natural sweetness to the smoothie.
