Description
This simple mango smoothie is creamy and refreshing and made with only 5 ingredients and no yogurt! It’s a great addition to any breakfast spread and the perfect afternoon snack. Made with fresh or frozen mango, banana (I include an option to make without banana, too!), lime juice, and dairy free milk. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and paleo.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 medium banana
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 1/2 cups dairy free milk
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding a little more frozen mango for a thicker smoothie, or a little more dairy free milk for a thinner smoothie – as desired.
- Divide between 2 glasses and serve!
Notes
To make this smoothie with fresh mango just add a handful of ice cubes to chill things down, or use frozen banana instead of fresh banana!
