Bulletproof pumpkin pie spice latte! A perfectly indulgent and healthy way to get in the spirit of fall and supercharge your morning coffee routine. So easy! So delicious!



  • 12 oz hot coffee 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1 tsp ghee (can omit for a vegan version)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree 
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • pinch of sea salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • maple syrup or another natural sweetener to taste (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until frothy and emulsified.
  2. Pour into your favorite mug and take in the warm joy of pumpkin spice season!
