Description
This pumpkin spice bulletproof latte is a delightful twist on a seasonal favorite! Made with all natural ingredients that are dairy free and refined sugar free. Easy to make and full of perfectly spiced pumpkin-y flavor! Option to make without pumpkin puree. Vegan, paleo Whole30 option, keto option.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (can be omitted – see notes below)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Generous pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar, or a zero calorie sweetener – to taste (omit for Whole30)
- Dairy free whipped cream (optional, omit for Whole30)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until frothy and emulsified.
- Pour into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Notes
Pumpkin puree adds a pretty orange color to the latte, along with some lovely pumpkin flavor, but if you don’t have any you can skip it. Sweet potato puree and butternut squash puree will also work as a substitute!
To make this coffee Whole30 compatible all you need to do is leave out the sweetener. All of the other ingredients fit within the rules of the program.
To make this latte extra creamy you can add some warm almond milk, oat milk, or non dairy creamer to the blender with all the other ingredients and proceed with the recipe as written.
Nutrition information is without sweetener and without whipped cream.
