Preheat the oven
to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish or rimmed baking sheet.

Prep Salmon and make buffalo sauce.
Remove any bones from the salmon fillets, pat dry with a paper towel, and transfer to a large bowl or Tupperware.

In a small bowl whisk together buffalo sauce ingredients and set aside.
