Jungle Bird Cocktail Recipe

Perfect for happy hour at home!

A classic tiki rum cocktail that’s cold, refreshing, and perfectly balanced!

Made with: Dark rum Pineapple juice Campari  Lime Juice  Maple syrup (or simple syrup)

Step 1:  Juice the lime

Step 2: Add all ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker

Step 3: Shake until well chilled and frothy

The more you shake, the better the texture of the cocktail will be, so give it at least 20-30 seconds.

Step 4:  Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice

Step 5:  Garnish with a pineapple wedge and some pineapple leaves if desired
