Spinach is an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, K1, Folic acid, Iron, and Calcium, and is high in insoluble fiber, which means it may support a healthy digestive system

This recipe is made with: Fresh spinach Garlic Olive oil  Salt  Fresh lemon

Step 1: Sauté the garlic with the olive oil until fragrant

Step 2: Add the fresh spinach

Step 3: Cook until wilted. Season with salt and lemon juice, and serve!
