Blended Vitamin C Citrus Juice 

This Blended Vitamin C Citrus Juice is an easy to make homemade whole fruit juice that is perfect for the Winter months when our immune systems need a little boost.

- tangerines or 2 small oranges – peeled - small lemon, peel cut away. - small lime, peel cut away - ginger peeled and thinly sliced - dried turmeric, or 1/2 inch piece of peeled fresh turmeric. - real sea salt - black pepper - Honey - water

INGREDIENTS:

Peel the tangerines or oranges, and cut the peel away from the lemon and lime. If you’re using a high speed blender like a Vitamix all the fruit can be kept whole.

Prepare the ingredients

Add all ingredients (tangerines, lemon, lime, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, sea salt, honey – if using, and water) to the blender.

Blend everything in the blender

This recipe makes about 3 cups worth of Vitamin C rich juice. Either serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
