Description

This raspberry mango smoothie with greek yogurt is a delightfully satisfying snack or breakfast option for busy mornings! Made with a simple blend of frozen raspberries, frozen mango, greek yogurt (or a dairy free yogurt), milk of choice, optional protein powder, and the wholesome addition of chia and flax seeds! Ready in less than 10 minutes and packed with seriously delicious fruit-forward flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or a dairy free yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional, though if not using sweetened protein powder you may want to add a teaspoon or two of honey to the smoothie)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds and/or flax seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender container in the order listed, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. If mixture is too thick to blend add a little milk a bit at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
