Description
This mango carrot citrus smoothie with turmeric is loaded with fruit, veggies, and fresh flavor to start your morning off on a bright note!
Ingredients

- 2 small carrots, cut into 1/4 inch coins
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 orange, peel cut away and quartered
- 1 lime or lemon, peel cut away and cut in half
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple or citrus flavored water kefir or kombucha OR half pineapple juice half water (if you use all pineapple juice the smoothie will probably turn out way too sweet)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, carrots and frozen fruit first, then citrus, then turmeric and water kefir // kombucha. Blend until smooth and serve!
