Tropical green coconut smoothies! Here to brighten up your winter vibes with kale, ginger, lemon, mango, pineapple, banana and coconut milk. Dairy free + paleo friendly.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup packed green kale
- 1 banana
- 1/2 small apple
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 1 tbps lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes
- Pinch of sea salt
- hemp seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until completely smooth, thinning with a tiny bit of water if necessary.
- Pour into 2 glasses and top with sliced banana and hemp seeds if desired.
