- 12 oz hot coffee
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp ghee (can omit for a vegan version)
- 1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- maple syrup or another natural sweetener to taste (optional)
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until frothy and emulsified.
